On-site Consulting

| All on-site work is billed at the day rate ($950.00
USD) plus expenses. Expenses such as travel are billed at .45
cents per mile, lodging if required at cost, meals at cost, and air
transportation if required at coach class cost. |

Off-Site Documentation Review
|
| W. M. Uttke & Company's off-site hourly
rate is ($60.00 per hour USD). This saves on travel time and allows us to complete
the work outside of regular business hours. Therefore,
this work is billed at a much lower hourly rate. |
