Did you know that all companies currently registered to
the ISO 9000:1994 standard must be in compliance with the "new"
ISO 9001:2000 standard by December 15th of 2003? It sounds like
there is plenty of time; however, remember your system should be
implemented for a recommended six months prior to the initial conversion
audit.
The conversion program is for companies already registered to
either ISO 9001:1994 or ISO 9002:1994. The set up of the conversion
program is such that the company has a familiarity and prior understanding
of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Therefore, depending upon
where your company is in the conversion process, you may choose to seek
additional training or an overview is ISO 9001:2000 before beginning the
conversion program. |

($950.00 USD) plus expenses. Expenses such as travel are billed at
.45
cents per mile, lodging if required at cost, meals at cost, and air
transportation if required at coach class cost. |
